Welcome to Radya (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or purchasing from radya.in, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act 2019, Information Technology Act 2000, and applicable rules thereunder.

2. Products

All sarees listed on radya.in are handloom and handcrafted. Slight variations in colour, weave, and embroidery are natural characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects. Product images are representative — actual colours may vary slightly due to photography lighting and screen settings.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order you confirm that the information provided is accurate. We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other available payment gateways. Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.

5. Shipping

We ship across India. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery timelines vary by location — generally 5-7 business days. Free shipping is available on certain orders. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Sale items are not eligible for return
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. To cancel, email radyabyradhika@gmail.com immediately with your order number.

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required for order fulfilment and as permitted by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on radya.in — including images, text, logos, and designs — is the property of Radya and protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Radya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
